Our gloves are better because our manufacturing philosophy is different from other companies'. Rather than make dirty gloves and attempt to clean them through an intensive washing procedure, we make our gloves clean from the beginning. To accomplish this, we used our extensive glove manufacturing experience to develop Clean Process Manufacturing (CPM).
Essentially, our gloves are built in a factory that is, in effect, a giant cleanroom. The manufacturing line is a controlled environment that isolates the glove from the production line equipment. And because the line is clean, the gloves are clean. To ensure the gloves we produce are of the highest quality, our CPM is both monitored and controlled by sophisticated measuring equipment that continuously analyzes the entire process from the mixing and oven temperatures to the incoming water. We continuously monitor our process so you have the assurance our gloves are consistently the best critical environment gloves you can buy.
